It is really great to have a local Mechanic that you can trust with your vehicles. I have been taking my Sprinter for regular service to the Bowen street garage and they always have been excellent. We are lucky to have such a great shop in Longmont.

First time coming after thoroughly reading their reviews. Liz who coordinated logistics was an absolute delight. I’m someone quite intimidated by mechanic shops but I felt very comfortable here. I had oil changed and brakes replaced and was able to be scheduled quickly and my car was complete within hours. They even had a courtesy loaner available that was a life saver during the work day. While car maintenance cost is never fun, their prices were transparent and reasonable for my bronco sport, especially after if felt like pulling teeth from other mechanic shops in town to simply receive a rough estimate for services. I love supporting a quality, local business and am glad I came here. Definitely would recommend!

I was very impressed from start to finish with Bowen Street Garage! I had been using a dealership for maintenance on my Ford. When I called Bowen Street, Liz answered my call. No need to go thru a series of prompts to reach a person. My maintenance was completed in one day. Quality products were used. Andreas took the time to answer my questions. Customer service is excellent. Just go there!

The front desk are always so nice and informative! My car had wheel bearing issues and after just one day at the shop, it drives like new. They offered me a free oil change after referring a friend who ended up getting more issues fixed for less at Bowen, than she was quoted at another shop. Great staff and a trustworthy shop.

Took our car in for the first time on recommendation from our son. Had issues with the battery terminal. Was told by a dealer that it would require replacing the cables for a charge of $360. Turned out to be a quick fix, and they didn't even charge me! Nice owners and good communication. I think we found our new service garage!

My overall experience was greater than I could've hoped for. Both the staff and service were excellent. They are all very friendly and passionate about what they do. No cheap tricks here - they don't charge you for things not necessary or try to upsell you. They're straight to the point, and I gotta hand it to them, it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days. Thank you for being one. I will definitely be coming back.

Quality service! I've had issues with my car's wiring for 3 years now (batteries not charging, inaccurate lights coming on the dash) and this was the first mechanic to quickly identify the root problem and provide quality recommendations. I'd absolutely come back again!
